Pre-Event
We start with a conversation to understand your event and
what success looks like for you.

What happens next:
We deliver a comprehensive proposal with past work examples, team details, and a full scope of work
Once accepted, we send an invoice and contract to lock in your dates
Before the event, we schedule a final walkthrough call with your team and ours to review the run of show and answer any last-minute questions
At Your Event
We arrive one to two hours before your event begins to prepare, connect with your team, and be ready to shoot when things kick off. For events requiring travel or additional setup—like on-site interviews or testimonials—we may arrive the day before.
We integrate with your team, stay out of the way when needed, and make sure nothing important goes undocumented.
What to expect during your event:
Our team captures photos and/or video throughout the full event
We stay in constant communication via text for schedule changes or priority moments
The morning after the event (or each day for multi-day events), we deliver a selection of photos for social media or attendee communications
Post-Event
After your event wraps, we handle the editing and deliver your final media so you can start using it right away.
We retain all raw files in case revisions are needed. Raw photos and video footage are also available for purchase.
Standard turnaround:
30–100 selected photos delivered the morning after each event day
Full photo gallery and videos delivered within 7 days of the event
Same-day or faster turnaround available with an on-site editor
What you receive:
A complete, edited gallery of all photos that meet our standards for composition, lighting, and sharpness
Video edits as outlined in your scope of work
A shareable gallery link for your attendees to download photos

A Headshot Station is a popular service one of the best ways to add attendee value to your event. We handle all of the logistics, photography and headshot delivery so you can focus on what you do best - plan and run events!

What's included in the final gallery?
All edited photos that meet our standards for composition, sharpness, and lighting. We don't deliver every frame—just the ones worth using.
Can I get raw files or unedited footage?
Yes. Raw photos and video footage are available for purchase in addition to the edited deliverables.
What if I need same-day photos or videos?
We can provide an on-site editor or editing team to deliver media during your event. Let us know during the discovery call.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. We're based in Indianapolis but available nationwide and internationally.
Can attendees request specific retouching?
Yes. Everyone receives the same high-quality editing, but attendees can request more or less retouching or ask us to focus on specific areas.
Can you add a headshot station to my event?
Absolutely. Our headshot booth is a popular add-on—attendees schedule a session, get photographed on-site, and receive fully retouched headshots after the event.
What if I've had a bad experience with photographers before?
We hear this more often than we should. Our process is built around communication—before, during, and after your event—so nothing falls through the cracks. We ask the right questions upfront, stay in close contact on-site, and follow up after delivery to make sure you're satisfied.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large events or peak seasons. Once we receive a signed contract and deposit, your dates are locked in. For last-minute requests, reach out anyway—we'll do our best to accommodate.
